Thank you for shopping with Off The Wall . This Shipping Policy outlines how we process and ship orders, the costs involved, and what to expect once your order is on its way. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms set out below.

Order processing time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

During periods of high demand, such as sales events or holiday seasons, processing times may be slightly longer. We will notify you by email if there is a significant delay with your order.

Shipping destinations

We ship worldwide. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us at halloranleo84@gmail.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Shipping costs

We offer free Express shipping on all orders over £50. For orders below this threshold, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, the weight of your order, and the shipping method selected.

Express and expedited shipping options may be available at an additional cost, which will be displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times

Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are as follows:

United Kingdom: 5–14 business days
Europe: 5–14 business days
United States and Canada: 5–14 business days
Rest of the world: 5–14 business days

Please note that these timeframes are estimates provided by our carriers and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary.

Order tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.

Shipping delays

While we make every effort to dispatch and deliver orders on time, delays can occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

Adverse weather conditions
Public holidays and peak shopping periods
Customs clearance for international orders
Carrier delays or service disruptions
Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses

We are not liable for delays caused by factors outside of our control, but we will work with you and the carrier to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.

Customs, duties, and import taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost at checkout.

We recommend contacting your local customs office for information on potential charges before placing an order. Refusal to pay customs fees may result in your order being returned or destroyed, and we cannot offer a refund for orders rejected for this reason.

Incorrect or incomplete addresses

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address as a result of customer error.

If you notice a mistake in your shipping address, please contact us at halloranleo84@gmail.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to update your order before it ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered processing.

Lost, stolen, or damaged packages

If your tracking shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please:

Check with neighbours and other household members
Look around your delivery location for a safe drop-off spot
Contact your local carrier with your tracking number

If your package is confirmed lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, please contact us at halloranleo84@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and any supporting photos. We will work with the carrier to investigate and find a suitable resolution.
